Observed the following in the restrooms:

Women's Restroom:
1) The hot handle only stays on for 6 seconds. Code requires it remain on for 15 seconds minimum.
2) The cold handle only stays on for 7 seconds. Code requires it remain on for 15 seconds minimum.

Men's Restroom:
1) The cold handles does not stay on and must be pressed to allow it to continue to flow. Code requires it remain on for 15 seconds minimum.

Repair the handles to remain on for 15 seconds minimum.

(114380, 114381) 2.00 A person proposing to build or remodel a food facility shall submit complete, easily readable plans drawn to scale and specifications to the Division of Environmental Health and obtain approval prior to starting any project. Observed the men's and women's restrooms had been remodeled to ADA compliance without health department approval. The finishes in the restroom are approved with conditions. Post a notice advising patrons that a copy of the most recent routine inspection report is available for review by interested parties. Keep a copy of the most recent health inspection report at the facility for customer review purposes.

Post and maintain a legible and conspicuous sign in each toilet room directing attention to the need to thoroughly wash hands after using the toilet.
