Facility is currently selling only prepackaged, non-potentially hazardous food. When selling non-prepackaged food (Example: hot dogs, nachos, hamburgers, etc.), provide sanitizer for washing dishes (Wash, Rinse, Sanitize), sanitizer testing strips for measuring the sanitizer concentration, a food safety manager certificate, and food handler cards for everyone else who handles open food but does not have a food safety manager certificate.

If you are continuing to sell the non-prepackaged Red Vines candy, provide tongs for grabbing the candy, sanitizer for washing the tongs, and sanitizer testing strips for measuring the sanitizer concentration.

Any hose used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials, labeled, properly stored, and used for no other purpose.
