Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other debris accumulations.
Keep all food facilities, and all utensils, display cases, windows, counters, shelves, tables, refrigeration units, sinks, dishwashing machines, and other equipment or utensils used in the storage, preparation, sale, service, and display of food, clean, fully operative, and in good repair.
The non-food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Equipment shall be reassembled so that food-contact surfaces are not contaminated.

1. PREP STATION: Observed that refrigerated box were filling is stored had accumulated large amount of ice. Remove so to ensure equipment remains smooth and easily cleanable.
2. BEVERAGE STATION: Observed tape on the table surface to the right side of soda machine, tape has started to accumulate grime. Remove tape so to allow Stainless steel to remain smooth and easily cleanable.

1. DRIVE THRU SODA MACHINE: Observed Soda lines have been placed together using a foam caulking. The current repair has allowed for debris accumulation Repair so this area is smooth easily cleanable, non porous durable, and does not create pockets for debris accumulation.
2. DRIVE THRU SODA MACHINE: Observed disconnected soda line near foam caulking below machine. If these lines or not in service then remove.
3. LOBBY SODA MACHINE: Observed green garden hose connected to the drain outlet for soda/ice machine. Hose had mold/debris buildup. Replace with Hose designed for potable water.
4. LOBBY SODA MACHINE: Raise all drains so they have a 1in air gap from grade of floor sink.
