REPEAT: Observed the lack of a one inch air gap for the drain lines of the 3 compartment sink and ice machine. Misunderstanding from last inspection, thought pipes needed to be extended to *below* the rim of the floor sinks instead of an inch above the rim. Provide a one inch air gap for all drain lines emptying to floor sinks to protect the equipment.
NOTE: discussion of possible "unintended' cross connection at pot sprayer sink beside 3 compartment sink when both hot and cold faucets are left open and only 'cutoff' faucet to the goose neck is closed. In investigating the possible cross connection, this sink also seems to have a significant "harmonic" issue vibrating with the water in the pipes. Recommend investigating the source of the 'harmonic' issue before excess vibration potentially damages pipes /valves /faucets at this sink.
