Observed loose rolls of toilet paper on top of dispensers in toilet stalls of both restrooms, in addition to toilet paper being in the dispensers. Remove loose rolls. If unpackaged food is displayed and sold in bulk in other than self-service containers, then it shall be served by an employee of the food establishment directly to a consumer and shall be displayed in clean, sanitary, and covered or otherwise protected containers.

The non-food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Equipment shall be reassembled so that food-contact surfaces are not contaminated.

Able to confirm that 2022 permit was paid for on 3/8/22, sent to corporate office in Pleasanton. Manager was able to contact Pleasanton office and had copy emailed over, posting emailed copy until original forwarded from Pleasanton office. Corrected during inspection.

Full enclosure is not required for dining areas and certain other areas when approved for outdoor food services.

5-12-2022 An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) 3.00 Provide hot and cold water under pressure through a mixing valve to each sink compartment. The water supply shall be from a water system approved by the health officer or the state department. An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water, at least 120°F, and cold water shall be provided.

Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide warm water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds. If the temperature of water provided is not readily adjustable at the faucet, the temperature of the water shall be at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F. Handwashing facilities shall be sufficient in number and conveniently located so as to be accessible at all times for use by food employees
Initially observed maximum temperature at handwash sinks in restrooms at 73-83 degrees, and janitorial/mop sink initially at 103 degrees. Identified cross connection at three compartment sink, "cutoff" knob to faucet opened, and both hot and cold water turned off. Minor troubleshooting of water issue by maintenance staff, hot water heater verified set at 140 degrees per the controls on the unit itself. Recheck of hot water at the two restroom sinks and the janitorial sink did show temperatures reaching 99 (mens), 93 (womens), and 103 (janitorial).

Provide hot and cold water under pressure through a mixing valve to the janitorial sink. Hot water shall be at least 120ºF.

Provide tempered warm water, or both hot and cold running water at all hand washing sinks. Hot water at handwashing sinks shall be at least 100ºF. If the temperature of water provided is not readily adjustable at the faucet, the temperature of the water shall be at least 100ºF, but not greater than 108ºF.
