Any construction, alteration, remodeling, or operation of a food facility shall be approved by the enforcement agency and shall be in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal statutes, regulations, and ordinances, including but not limited to, fire, building, and zoning codes.
Cease all changes. Plans must be submitted for the remodeling of the facility. As part of the plans you must provide specification sheets for all new equipment. The flooring in the remodeled location must be changed from linoleum to sealed concrete to match the surrounding areas.

Check with the Division of Environmental Health and with the appropriate Planning Department before removing or restricting access to customer restrooms.
