Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other debris accumulations.
Keep all food facilities, and all utensils, display cases, windows, counters, shelves, tables, refrigeration units, sinks, dishwashing machines, and other equipment or utensils used in the storage, preparation, sale, service, and display of food, clean, fully operative, and in good repair.
The non-food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Equipment shall be reassembled so that food-contact surfaces are not contaminated.

1) 2-DOOR TRUE REFRIGERATOR IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM NEXT TO THE KITCHEN: Replace the (2) cracked/deteriorated black gaskets/seals around both doors when they arrive to the facility. (A staff member provided proof of parts ordered after the inspection).
2) BROWN CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN: Paint the unfinished wood cabinet storage shelves (salt shakers, black pepper shakers, clean dishes, etc.) to provide smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent surfaces.
3) OUTDOOR STORAGE TRAILERS: Paint the unfinished wood cabinet storage shelves (clean dishes, food packages, etc.) to provide smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent surfaces.
4) BAR ALCOHOL STORAGE ROOM: Paint the unfinished wood cabinet storage shelves (alcohol bottles) to provide smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent surfaces.
