Discard all potentially hazardous food that has been out of an approved time and temperature range. Observed the top sections for the vending machines measured between 42.5ºF to 43.0ºF. Per conversation with the supervisor, the issue can be caused by a insulating barrier for the unit and can be removed to allow circulation of cold air to the top section of the vending machines. 11-03-2017 Each vending machine shall have posted in a prominent place, a sign indicating the owner's name, address, and telephone number. A record of cleaning and sanitizing shall be maintained by the operator in each machine and shall be current for at least 30 days. (114145) 4.00 Provide appropriate signs and cleaning logs at each vending machine. Appropriate overhead protection shall be provided for all vending machines located outdoors, and self-closing doors shall be present on all dispensing compartments unless the machine is located in an enclosure to protect it from potential environmental contaminants. REPEAT: Observed lack of an appropriate cleaning and sanitizing log in each machine that covers at least the last thirty days. Create an appropriate log sheet to be used in each machine, and begin using logs immediately in each machine. Email proof of proper use of cleaning logs in each machine within 30 days. Failure to maintain the required cleaning and sanitizing logs or records for each machine, at each machine, for at least the last 30 days.

Recommended to have secondary method of temperature verification on units other than relying only on the built in thermometer (to assure accuracy of temperatures).
