1) 1ST HANDICAP/UNISEX STAFF RESTROOM (end of building): Pre-mixed running water measured a maximum of approximately 116 F. The user does not have the ability to readily adjust the water temperature at the faucet. Repair to provide temperated water 100 F - 108 F or replace the faucet to provide separate hot and cold water valves so the user can readily adjust the water temperature at the faucet.

2) 2ND HANDICAP/UNISEX STAFF RESTROOM: Pre-mixed running water measured a maximum of approximately 74.5 F. The user does not have the ability to readily adjust the water temperature at the faucet. 1) 2-COMPARTMENT HANDWASHING STATION: The small Eemax SPEX3512 electric tankless water heater below the sink is not designed to be used with the high flow faucet at this handwashing station. When the hot water valve was turned on at low water flow (small stream of water), there was hot water available. When the hot water valve was turned on at a higher flow, there was no hot water. Adjustments on the water heater or faucet are required.

2) 2-COMPARTMENT HANDWASHING STATION: Provide soap inside dispenser at the handwashing station. (This was addressed in an email to CM and SB on 06/04/2019).

3) 2-COMPARTMENT HANDWASHING STATION: Provide single-use paper towels inside a dispenser at the handwashing station. (This was addressed in an email to CM and SB on 06/04/2019).

Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Each permanent food facility shall be fully enclosed in a building consisting of permanent floors, walls, and an overhead structure that meets minimum standards. Food facilities that are not fully enclosed on all sides and that are in operation on January 1, 1985, shall not be required to meet the requirements of this section until the facility is remodeled or has a significant menu change or a change in its method of operation. Full enclosure is not required for dining areas and certain other areas when approved for outdoor food services.
