An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water, at least 120°F, and cold water shall be provided.

Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide warm water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds. If the temperature of water provided is not readily adjustable at the faucet, the temperature of the water shall be at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F. Handwashing facilities shall be sufficient in number and conveniently located so as to be accessible at all times for use by food employees
NOTE: Due to COVID19, the current on site food operation has been limited to distribution of pre packaged lunches from the high school kitchen only.

Prior to the resumption of on site use of utensils for "open serving" nonprepackaged food items as a part of the offered lunch menu, ensure the water temperature at the two compartment kitchen sink is consistently reaching a minimum temperature of not less than 120 degrees, per the posted SOP for "emergency" on site wash / rinse / sanitize procedure for serving utensils if additional pre washed / pre sanitized utensils in clean containment are not immediately available from the high school kitchen.

Dressing rooms or dressing areas shall be provided and used by employees if the employees regularly change their clothes in the facility.
Observed numerous ants on and around the sink / counter area near the two compartment sink. Provide proof of appropriate pest control treatment (approved for use in a food facility), and seal up access points, openings, cracks, and similar that may be allowing entry of vermin into the food facility. Ensure all surfaces near where ants have been observed are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before use. Discard any food items that may have been contaminated, and rewash / resanitize any utensil or dish surfaces that may have been contaminated. Do not allow food prep / dish washing and sanitizing / utensil or food storage in any areas where active ant infestation is in progress. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft.; establishments offering on-site food consumption.
