(3) on a clean portion of the food preparation table or equipment if cleaned and sanitized at the required frequency. (4) in running water of sufficient velocity to flush particulates to the drain. (5) in a clean, protected location if the utensils, such as ice scoops, are used only with a food that is not potentially hazardous. (6) in a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 135°F and the container is cleaned at least every 24 hours or at a frequency necessary to preclude the accumulation of soil residues.

1. Observed mouthwash, toothpaste, tooth brushes, Laundry detergent, dish soap, and bar soap holder located at the mop sink. As well I observed forks, spoons, pots, knives cutting boards and tupperware being dried on a bath towel layed on some crates next to the mop sink. The Mop sink is not a hand wash sink nor a dishwash sink. The Mop sink shall only be used to provide water and chemicals for cleaning the food facility and shall not be used for washing hands, washing dishes or personal use. Remove all personal effects and refrain from using this sink for anything outside its intended use.

Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6" beyond all cooking equipment. All areas shall have sufficient ventilation to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window, an air shaft, or a light-switch activated exhaust fan, consistent with local building codes. (114149, 114149.1) Adequate lighting shall be provided in all areas to facilitate cleaning and inspection. Light fixtures in areas where open food is stored, served, prepared, and where utensils are washed shall be of shatterproof construction or protected with light shields. 1. Observed personal belongings indicating that an extra room in the facility was being used as a living/sleeping quarter. Observed a room that had a mattress blankets and pillows as well as medication drawers and shelving. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions. 1. Observed Dog Food bowl filled with food and water bowl filled with water on the floor of the facility. Unprotected food and water provides unwanted food and water for vermin. Remove. 2. Observed multiple Food Equipment/ appliances (Open Flame Grille/Electric Grill/Ice Machine/ Pots/Pans etc.) in the back area of the facility. This facility is not permitted to serve hot or prepped food. Remove all cooking equipment and appliances. Microwave OK so long as it is labeled employee only and located in employee area only. 3. Observed no clear separation between store items and employee items. Provide clear barrier between employee area and store.
