Observed the public restrooms for on-site dining are out of order and not accessible. Observed multiple floor sinks within the store that do not have the proper one-inch gap. Please evaluate all floor sinks and repair or modify drain lines so that the distance between the lowest edge of the drain lines and the height of the floor sink rim allows for a minimum of a one inch air gap.
