Observed walk in units epoxy has started to wear and chip. this may require repair if it can no longer be kept clean. continue to evaluate.
2. Observed large amount of vegetable debris on the floor in the back storage rooms, especially in the go back areas. would suggest increase frequency of cleaning in these areas
