1) 1ST RESTROOM: The flooring from the previous inspection showed splitting and curling in several areas. The flooring is now cut in several areas to prevent the curling. This makes the flooring no longer smooth, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent. Replace the flooring with the proper coving (Rubber topset is no longer approved as a new installation). Provide samples of the proposed flooring and coving materials to our office for approval prior to installation. Installation of unapproved flooring will be required to be removed at the operator's expense.

2) 2ND RESTROOM: Remove all the stains and graffiti from the walls and FRP walls.
