(1) The food shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is four hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.

Observed facility had boba that was out of temperature and unlabeled. facility opened at 11:30 and staff arrived at 10. observed boba at 11:30am. Boba was time labeled appropriately during inspection.
