Moffat E32D5 was installed when Daddy cookies was to be operating inside. This facility no longer will operate a cookie shop. As such the Moffatt E32D5 is conditionally approved so long it is used per its original intent to cook food at less than 250 degree F. If grease accumulation is observed near this oven in the future it will need to removed or placed under proper ventilation. (Hood/Self vent hood)
